3. Subscription Plans & Payments

Sitelens offers:

• Pro Plan: Includes advanced capabilities.
• Enterprise Plan: Custom agreements and terms negotiated separately.

By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use Sitelens to track or collect personally identifiable information (PII)
• Interfere with the Service or disrupt others' use
• Reverse-engineer or access the code or data structures behind Sitelens

Customers using the custom event API are responsible for ensuring any data transmitted is non-PII unless explicit user consent has been obtained.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Sitelens does not collect PII, IP addresses, or use cookies. Anonymous session IDs are used for grouping events during sessions. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
