These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sitelens analytics platform ("Service", "Sitelens"), provided by S.C. Haktos Creative S.R.L ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in Romania.
By using Sitelens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.
Sitelens provides a privacy-first visual analytics overlay for websites. You may use the Service to gain insights into user behavior without compromising privacy.
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into binding contracts to use Sitelens. If you use Sitelens on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Sitelens offers one subscription plan which include all core analytics features, plus all of the advanced capabilities that we have to offer.
We use an Event-tracking price tier model, where you can choose the limit of monthly events for your website based on your own best knowledge of current traffic and engagement.
Should you reach the upper limit of your package or, alternatively, see that you are underusing it, at any time, you can ramp up or ramp down on the Event quota, resulting in a monthly/yearly price increase or decrease.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled.

Customers using the custom event API are responsible for ensuring any data transmitted is non-PII unless explicit user consent has been obtained.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Sitelens does not collect PII, IP addresses, or use cookies. Anonymous session IDs are used for grouping events during sessions. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property related to Sitelens, including software, documentation, and branding, is owned by S.C. Haktos Creative SRL. You may not use our trademarks or materials without permission.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Sitelens after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
